Job Description
We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to support our busy dealership’s Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing operations. This role includes managing website data entry and updates, assisting with marketing initiatives and campaigns, and representing the dealership, on occasional evenings and weekends, at select events and community activities. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is looking to build experience in a professional automotive environment.
The successful candidate will also play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the Sales Department with vehicle deliveries and day-to-day operations. This is a fully onsite position; regular in-person attendance is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update website inventory, pricing, and online content
Assist with daily marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
Coordinate and prepare marketing materials and promotions
Support social media and digital marketing initiatives
Attend dealership events, promotions, and community functions as required
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager
Taking vehicle photos to be uploaded to the website
Assist in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout all customer interactions
Provide administrative support to the Vehicle Sales department as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience with website content management is considered an asset
Previous experience in customer service, or the automotive industry is an asset.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
