Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations across our hotel property. This leadership role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, general repairs and mechanical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, project management experience, and the ability to supervise a team of maintenance technicians. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the hotel's facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff alike.
Duties
- Supervise and schedule daily maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, utilizing project management principles and guidelines.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (QUORE) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting, repairs and recommendations.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems, mechanical, plumbing, and general building infrastructure.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, equipment history, safety inspections and contractor activities.
- Collaborate with other departments and outside contractors to coordinate maintenance activities with hotel operations and forecasted occupancy.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a hotel maintenance environment.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Project management experience in facility or manufacturing settings preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems, HVAC, low voltage wiring, general repairs and schematics interpretation.
- Experience using QUORE or similar software for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly document work procedures and safety protocols.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on problem-solving, organization, and proactive maintenance planning

Pay: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
