This is a Cash paying position, like a contract position, like having own business.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- This is a fast pace environment
- Must be able to lift, climb, and bend
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive and responsive to client requests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas.
- Must love PETS
- MUST have a police check
- Must drive
- Must be able to handle criticism
- Must have good attendance record
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles will be beneficial.
