Junk Removal Crew Leader / Driver / Laborer
Job Type: Part-time. possible full-time opportunity after the probation period.

Responsibilities:
- Drive company truck to job sites and ensure safe operation
- Lead a team to complete junk removal jobs efficiently and professionally
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Lift, load, and transport various items, including heavy furniture and appliances
- Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
- Process payments and complete job documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of truck and equipment
Requirements:
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
✅ Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
✅ Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
✅ Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Previous junk removal, moving, or general labor experience is a plus
