Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help enhance our clients’ experience and support their health goals through personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities
- Assess clients’ conditions and develop customized treatment plans to maximize benefits
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and spa policies
- Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and fostering a relaxing atmosphere
Experience
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing board or regulatory authority
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and ensuring client comfort
- Prior experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued

Pay: $17.00-$65.00 per hour
