About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Pizzaiolo who takes pride in craftsmanship, simplicity, and quality. At Crudo, we focus on clean ingredients, proper technique, and consistency in every pizza.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute pizzas to Crudo standards with precision and consistency
- Hand-stretch dough and build pizzas with attention to balance and detail
- Manage oven operations (high-heat / stone / deck / wood-fired)
- Monitor fermentation, dough proofing, and daily prep
- Maintain quality control on all ingredients and finished products
- Ensure every pizza meets presentation and timing standards
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient station at all times
- Work closely with the kitchen team during service to maintain flow
- Assist with prep (dough, sauces, toppings) and daily setup
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What You Bring:
- Experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a high-quality kitchen
- Strong understanding of dough, fermentation, and hydration
- Ability to hand-stretch dough (no shortcuts)
- Experience working with high-temperature ovens
- Speed and composure in a fast-paced service
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Team-first mentality with clear communication
