Four Winds Brewing, a family-owned craft brewery renowned for its outstanding beer and commitment to excellence, is excited to announce the opening for a Floor Manager Position at our Southlands Restaurant & Brewery, The Beach House. This key role reports to the General Manager and is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services, focusing on providing a top-tier guest experience.
Position: Floor Manager
Location: Four Winds Beach House & Brewery, Tsawwassen
Direct Reports: Servers, Bartenders, Porter, Hosts and Expeditors
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Directly oversee the FOH, ensuring all team members are trained, motivated, and ready to provide excellent service.
- Guest Experience: Maintain the highest standards of service quality and guest interaction, resolving any issues to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with the General Manager and Chef de Cuisine to ensure a seamless operation between front-of-house and back-of-house, enhancing efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Support the management of schedules, payroll processing, and FOH staffing needs.
- Facility Oversight: Help maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant, ensuring a safe and inviting atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Requirements:
- Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as a Floor Manager or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing both guest and staff relationships effectively.
- A commitment to service excellence and a keen eye for details in hospitality management.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
