What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the heartbeat of our operations! Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist customers with scheduling.
- Keep the workflow running smoothly! Work alongside another scheduler to coordinate job assignments and ensure timely installations.
- Stay organized and efficient! Maintain production schedules and optimize job timelines.
- Be the go-to person! Make sure materials are in and ready, then schedule the right team to get the job done.
- Utilize technology! Work with QuickBooks and Service Titan
- Making sure revenue targets are hit daily through schedule
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and demand planning.
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to multitask like a pro.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Must be comfortable with computers – we use them every day!
- Experienced in Service Titan is a must minimum 1 year

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
