We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to help maintain our private 2.5-acre property in Mission. This is not a landscaping company position—we’re looking for one reliable person who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping a property looking its best.
This is a long-term, part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Lawn and property cleanup
- Raking leaves and debris
- Weeding and garden maintenance
- Planting and watering
- Fruit tree care and seasonal pruning assistance
- Chicken coop cleaning and general upkeep
- Light landscaping projects
- General outdoor maintenance
- Occasional light lifting and moving materials
- Other property improvement tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Enjoys outdoor work in all seasons
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Physically capable of performing outdoor labour
- Previous landscaping, gardening, farming, or property maintenance experience is an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
Hours
Approximately 8–16 hours every two weeks, with the potential for additional hours depending on seasonal projects. Scheduling is flexible.
Pay
$25–35 per hour, based on experience and ability.
