Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in a very busy clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and demonstrate expertise in various therapeutic techniques. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their physical conditions, develop treatment plans, and support their recovery journey. Experience in pelvic health and/vestibular care is a benefit but not required. Experience working with athletes is a benefit but not required.

Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
- Stay updated on the latest medical terminology and advancements in physiotherapy practices.
- Be willing to innovate, share ideas, and work with management to be leaders in physiotherapy care in Whitby.
Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or registration as required by local regulations - Mentorship and Practice Supervisor support available.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $76,383.91-$125,396.36 per year
