Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality food preparation
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet established standards
- Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Develop menus in collaboration with management, incorporating innovative dishes and seasonal ingredients
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen team members to foster professional growth
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
- Uphold restaurant management standards by overseeing operational procedures and quality control
