DO YOU EXCEL AT?
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems including SBS, EPDM, TPO, shingles, tiles, and architectural metal roofing?
- Inspecting roofs for damage or leaks and provide recommendations for repairs?
- Ensuring all roofing work is completed professionally according to safety standards and building codes and RCABC requirements?
- Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications?
- Assessing a project for hazards and creating a safe and efficient work environment?
- Communicating effectively with clients, other trades and fellow team members regarding project requirements to ensure the job is completed accurately?
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- Minimum 2 years roofing experience (low slope SBS roofing and flat roofing experience are assets; however, not required)
- Able to get to the office and job sites effectively and on time
- Punctual, dependable and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
- Effective English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices related to construction is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
