We’re a friendly, growing residential cleaning company based in Parksville, and we’re looking for an experienced cleaner to join our team. This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right person. 3-5 days weekly Monday to Friday.

- Minimum of 2 years of residential cleaning experience
- Excellent attention to detail and a friendly positive attitude
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or special requests
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout all assigned areas
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at various job sites
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when working in clients’ homes or businesses
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
