About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Tim Hortons Emerald Park & Rural Area location, ensuring every guest enjoys fast, friendly service and high‑quality products every visit. You will coach and support your team, manage costs, and uphold brand standards so the restaurant runs smoothly and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Promote a respectful, positive work environment with open communication and teamwork.
- Oversee daily operations including front‑of‑house, drive‑thru, and back‑of‑house activities.
- Ensure all Tim Hortons policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed at all times.
- Manage labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management.
- Control food, paper, and waste costs through accurate ordering, inventory, and portion control.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, including performance feedback and coaching.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure food safety, health and safety, and cleanliness standards are met or exceeded.
- Complete cash handling, daily paperwork, and basic administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of quick service or restaurant experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a guest‑first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting 5–30 lbs.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Drivers license is a requirement and access to your own transportation
