Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, exercises, and preventative measures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
Skills
- Strong background in patient care with a focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
- Experience in acute care settings is preferred, demonstrating the ability to handle urgent patient needs effectively.
- Proficiency in medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare teams and document patient information accurately.
- Knowledge or experience in pediatrics is a plus, enhancing the ability to treat younger patients effectively.
- Familiarity with working in a hospital environment, adapting to various clinical situations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
