- Grill and carve meats from the skewer, and assemble wraps, plates, salads, and sides to company standards.
- Warmly greet guests, help them navigate the menu, and accurately process orders.
- Operate the POS system to process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
- Follow strict food safety protocols, wash dishes, and maintain a spotless kitchen, prep station, and dining area.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous fast-food, shawarma, or restaurant experience is highly preferred but not always strictly required.
- Flexible scheduling, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and safely perform physical kitchen task
