Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Clerk to join our growing team. This is a full-time position within our busy service department, supporting warranty administration and manufacturer claim processing.
Responsibilities include:

Processing and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer.

Reviewing repair orders for accuracy and compliance.

Following up on outstanding or rejected warranty claims.

Maintaining organized warranty records and documentation.

Communicating with service advisors and technicians regarding claim requirements.
Ensuring all warranty submissions meet manufacturer guidelines.
