Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide quality support and assistance to individuals with diverse needs. This role involves fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment to promote independence and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in caregiving, working with children or individuals with disabilities, and a passion for making a positive difference in people's lives.
Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Support educational and developmental activities, especially when working with children or students
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Monitor health and safety conditions, reporting any concerns promptly.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children
- Demonstrated caregiving skills, including patience, empathy, and effective communication.
- Previous caregiving roles that involved working closely with families or educational staff are highly valued
