Vision Therapist (Part-Time to Full-Time)
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Vision Therapist to join our team. The Vision Therapist will work directly with patients under the supervision of the Optometrist to administer individualized vision therapy programs designed to improve visual function and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one vision therapy sessions with patients
- Implement treatment plans prescribed by the Optometrist
- Track and document patient progress accurately
- Educate patients and families about therapy goals and home activities
- Maintain therapy equipment and materials
- Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Background in education, kinesiology, psychology, health sciences, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with children is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, patient, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous vision therapy experience is an asset; training will be provided

Position Details
- This position will begin as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
- Open availability is required, including flexibility with scheduling.
- This position is not suitable for students.
