At Face Cosmedics, we help our clients look and feel their best through advanced medical aesthetics, laser treatments, injectables, skincare, and personalized treatment plans. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and client-focused Spa Supervisor to lead our front-end operations and support our team.
Position Summary
The Spa Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional client experiences, smooth team workflows, and achievement of clinic goals. This role serves as the bridge between the clinic owner, providers, front desk team, and estheticians.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership
- Supervise front desk and aesthetic staff
- Front Desk Duties
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Support staff performance and accountability
- Lead daily huddles and clinic communication
- Help maintain a positive, professional culture
Client Experience
- Ensure exceptional client service from booking to checkout
- Resolve client concerns and service recovery situations
- Monitor online reviews and client feedback
- Maintain clinic standards and presentation
Operations
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures
- Oversee appointment flow and schedule optimization
- Monitor Jane App bookings, reports, and cancellations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and clinic supplies
Sales & Growth
- Support membership enrollment and retention
- Promote skincare and treatment plans
- Track clinic KPIs and sales goals
- Assist with promotional events and campaigns
- Help drive retail and service revenue
Qualifications
- Previous spa, medical spa, healthcare, or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with scheduling software (Jane App experience is an asset)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales and retail experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
