Duties

- Rolling doughs, baking in clean and maintained environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
- Package baked goods for retail or catering purposes, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering questions about our offerings.
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with additional food preparation or packaging tasks as needed.
Skills
- Background in restaurant or food service environments will be an asset.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, baking, and cooking methods.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Kitchen experience including familiarity with baking equipment and tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Basic packaging skills to ensure products are presented attractively for sale or delivery.
