The Part Time Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a welcoming and organized experience. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Assist customers with service appointment inquiries and general front-desk support.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records using Outlook.
- Support smooth daily reception operations in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the business in a positive and professional way.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday evenings from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
