Saturn Star Movers is looking for a Local Moving Consultant / Relationship Partner to help us grow our local presence in the community.
This is not a traditional sales rep role. We are looking for someone who is good with people, reliable, locally connected, and comfortable representing a growing moving company in person.
The role involves helping SSM build relationships with local businesses, realtors, storage facilities, property managers, apartment communities, offices, and other organizations that may need or refer moving services. You may also help with local marketing tasks, customer review support, in-person estimate support, postcard drops, basic logistics help, and field communication.
This is a flexible, opportunity-based role with multiple ways to earn. Compensation may include task pay, estimate support pay, booked-job bonuses, partnership bonuses, and short-term recurring bonuses from relationships that turn into booked work.
Responsibilities:
- Visit local businesses, storage facilities, real estate offices, property managers, and community partners
- Drop off postcards, flyers, business cards, or marketing materials
- Help build and maintain relationships with potential referral partners
- Represent Saturn Star Movers professionally in the local area
- Assist with customer review collection and local reputation-building
- Help with in-person estimates or inventory verification when needed
- Take photos, notes, or basic customer/job details and report them to the office
- Support local moving operations when needed, such as checking job details, confirming touchpoints, or helping with field coordination
- Track activity, contacts, follow-ups, and results through our system
- Communicate clearly with the office team about leads, opportunities, and partner conversations
What we are looking for:

- Local knowledge of the city is an asset
- Sales, customer service, real estate, moving, storage, logistics, or community outreach experience is an asset
- Access to a vehicle is strongly preferred
- Smartphone required for photos, updates, and communication

Compensation:

Pay: $43,567.38-$260,973.33 per year
