We currently have two centres open in Langley and South Surrey, with another location scheduled to open within the next 12 months in Clayton. We’re looking for passionate, capable leaders who want to grow with us — whether you’re ready to step into a Director role immediately, or you’re looking to join in a leadership position and be trained and coached into a Director role as opportunities arise.

About the Role
B Kids Directors and future Directors are the leaders who bring our centres to life. You will help guide a passionate team of Early Childhood Educators and support the daily operations of a high-quality daycare environment. You’ll play a vital role in implementing our Reggio Emilia and Montessori-inspired curriculum, while ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, safety, and family experience.
Two paths into this opportunity:
1) Director (Immediate Placement)
You may be placed into a Director role right away, depending on experience and centre needs.
2) Director-in-Training / Leadership Track
You may begin in a leadership position at one of our current centres (Langley or South Surrey), where you will be trained, coached, and developed into a Director — with a clear path toward leading a centre as we expand.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Build, support, and inspire a team of educators while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Operational Excellence: Support daily operations including staffing, enrollment, scheduling, and facility standards.
- Curriculum Implementation: Ensure the successful delivery of our Reggio Emilia and Montessori-inspired approach.
- Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with families through clear communication, professionalism, and a high-touch experience.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe and high-quality environment.
- Strategic Growth: Work closely with ownership and leadership to support the long-term success of each centre and the B Kids brand overall.
What We’re Looking For
- SN/IT/ECE Certification
- Leadership experience in early childhood education (Director, Assistant Director, Supervisor, Manager, Program Lead, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with families, staff, and the community.
- A strong sense of responsibility around quality, safety, consistency, and professionalism.
- Ambition to grow into higher leadership roles as B Kids continues expanding.
