We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing dealership team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring an exceptional service experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns and service requests.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate customer needs to technicians.
- Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
- Keep customers informed about vehicle status, recommended services, and completion times.
- Review completed work with customers and explain repairs performed.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain service records.
- Promote maintenance services and dealership programs while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance.
- Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
