The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join the kitchen team at The Longhorn Saloon. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter. You’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to order, supporting smooth service during busy periods, and helping maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

What You Bring to the Table

1+ years of kitchen experience preferred (we’re open to the right candidate with strong attitude and potential)

Experience with grilling, frying, and general kitchen operations
-
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Strong understanding of food safety and industry best practices

Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative approach

Passion for cooking and delivering high-quality food
Your Days Will Look Like

Chop, prep, and marinate fresh ingredients daily to support service

Prepare dishes to order with consistency, speed, and attention to detail

Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and delivered on time

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and kitchen environment

Follow all health, safety, and food handling standards at all times
-
Monitor stock levels and assist with rotation and replenishment
-
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
-
Stay organized and efficient during busy peak service periods
-
Support special requests and contribute to overall customer satisfaction

Other duties as reasonably directed
