Global Resource Design (GRD) specializes in the design of natural gas compression facilities, gas processing facilities, pipelines, booster stations, and brownfield facility expansions. Our team delivers projects from concept development and detailed engineering through construction support and commissioning.
GRD currently has an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate Piping Designer to join our growing Calgary team. We offer a fast-paced and collaborative work environment where employees are empowered to take ownership of their work, contribute to meaningful projects, and advance their careers. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and execution of piping designs for oil & gas, industrial, and energy projects while working closely with engineers, designers, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams.
At GRD, we are committed to employee growth and professional development. We provide clear opportunities to advance into Senior Designer, Lead Designer, and Project Management roles. Unlike many large EPC firms, our team members are involved in all phases of project execution, from initial concept development and client interactions through detailed design, construction support, and project completion. This hands-on approach allows employees to broaden their technical expertise, gain valuable project experience, and make a visible impact on project success.
We take pride in fostering a supportive and entrepreneurial culture where initiative is recognized, contributions are valued, and career advancement is based on performance and professional growth. If you are looking for an opportunity to expand your skills, work on challenging projects, and be part of a growing engineering company, we encourage you to apply.
