Job Information: The role of a sales coordinator is to provide sales support to a team of sales executives. The sales coordinator manages all media campaigns for this team. If you are detail-oriented, well-organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have sales administrative experience, consider applying for this position.
What you’ll do…
- Work as a team member to support the sales efforts of multiple sales executives
- Be proficient in various software programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, as well as daily usage of customized software programs used to book and execute campaigns
- Correspond with sales reps and/or clients daily
- Generate contracts for client signature and prepare contract revisions when needed
- Monitor currently running campaigns and prepare for upcoming campaigns
- Prepare shipping instructions and calculate required quantities
- Prepare production work order packages for campaigns that will be printed via Pattison Outdoor
- Prepare posting/traffic instructions
- Liaise with multiple internal departments including Charting, Production, and Operations
- Back-up for other sales coordinators when required
