We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking couple for a Live-In Superintendent and Cleaner position at a residential property located in the Midland & Eglinton area of Scarborough.
Position Details
Superintendent
- Wage: $19.50 per hour
- Full-time position
- Building maintenance and daily operations
- Garbage and recycling management
- Basic repairs and inspections
- Resident communication and assistance
- Coordination with management and contractors
Cleaner
- Wage: $18 per hour
- Full-time position
- Cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobby, laundry rooms, and amenities
- Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the property
- Assisting with seasonal cleaning tasks as required

Requirements
- Previous superintendent, cleaning, or property maintenance experience is an asset
