Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to keep spaces spotless.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Clean restrooms thoroughly, restocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness at all times.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment during all cleaning activities.
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or window washing as needed.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned efficiently within scheduled timeframes, supporting a clean and organized environment.
Qualifications
- Prior custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions effectively.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
