Marketing Manager
MNG International Inc. is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across Canada and the United States. This role will support sales growth, improve our brand presence, create strong marketing materials, manage digital campaigns, support trade shows, and help generate qualified B2B leads.
We are a Canadian importer, processor, and wholesale supplier of spices, herbs, seasonings, and food ingredients. Our customers include food manufacturers, distributors, private label companies, processors, and industrial food businesses.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B marketing experience, excellent writing skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to understand food ingredient products. This role requires someone who can create practical marketing campaigns that support real sales opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and managing marketing plans
Creating B2B lead generation campaigns
Supporting the sales team with product sheets, presentations, brochures, and email campaigns
Managing website content and LinkedIn marketing
Creating product focused content for spices, herbs, blends, and food ingredients
Supporting trade shows and customer follow ups
Researching customers, competitors, and market opportunities
Working with QA, sales, operations, and management to ensure accurate and professional marketing
Tracking campaign performance and lead quality
Requirements:
1 to 5 years of marketing experience
B2B marketing experience preferred
Food, ingredient, wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing experience is an asset
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn, website content, CRM, SEO, and analytics
Ability to create clear and professional marketing materials
Strong research and organization skills
Ability to work independently in a growing company
Salary:
$25 to $28 per hour, based on experience.
