LifeConnect Pharmacy is seeking a full-time or part-time staff pharmacist to join our team starting mid-June 2026.
Our pharmacy is located in a modern clinic setting in Cloverdale, beside a physician’s office and other allied health professionals. We’ve built strong relationships with our patients, community, and local healthcare providers, and we take pride in creating a supportive, collaborative workplace where pharmacists can focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 40 hours per week (5 days) for full-time
- No Sundays
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing medication needs and ensuring safe and effective medication use
- Counsel patients and support medication adherence
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to optimize medication therapies
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Stay current with pharmaceutical advancements and best practices
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
- 1+ year pharmacist experience preferred
- WinRx experience preferred
- Experience with CareConnect is an asset
