We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service/Account Manager for our Warehouse division at our office in Richmond, BC.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Timely and professional responses to various customer requests via phone and email.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to process inbound and outbound loads, as well as for inventory reconciliation.
- If applicable, ensure all inbound & outbound orders are processed in our clients SAP systems.
- Book all inbound & outbound appointments for all outside carriers.
- Data entry for shipping and receiving loads on internal dock schedules.
- Maintain and generate reports as needed for customers and management.
- Interact, communicate, and coordinate with all team members daily, including warehouse personnel, customers, truck drivers, and employees at other Stryder offices
- General office duties such as filing, sorting, etc.
What We Require:
· At least 3 year of Customer Service or Administrative experience (in an office setting) is preferred
· Trucking, Logistics and/or Warehousing experience is a significant asset
· Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
· Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
· Able to handle high volumes of data entry and incoming inquiries in a time-sensitive environment
· Able to excel in a fast-paced, team-focused workplace
· Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
