Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver exceptional customer servic
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, and daily duties as needed
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support staff during busy periods to maintain efficiency
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within the retail industry
- Experience with POS systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and staff development
- Knowledge of retail management operations including inventory control, cash handling, and customer service excellence
- Previous supervisor or management experience is required
