Church's Texas Chicken is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play an important role in delivering great food, excellent customer service, and a welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude while providing exceptional service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently at the counter, drive-thru, or other service areas
- Prepare and serve food according to Church's Texas Chicken quality and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining, kitchen, and service areas
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to support daily operations
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and other operational tasks as assigned
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and courteously
