Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will oversee kitchen operations during evening hours, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and leading the kitchen staff with professionalism. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff during night shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items to meet presentation and taste expectations.
- Manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Oversee food safety practices, including proper storage, temperature control, and cleanliness.
- Support restaurant management in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and improve culinary skills.
- Ensure timely service by managing kitchen operations smoothly during evening hours.
- Serve as a leader in the absence of the Executive Chef or Restaurant Manager, handling any operational issues that arise.

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Extensive food service experience with a focus on hospitality standards.
