Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kinesiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care through assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in medical terminology, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The Kinesiologist will utilize their expertise to improve patient mobility, manage case plans, and support overall health outcomes in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical capabilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery and improve function
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records, documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Manage case documentation efficiently, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist in patient education regarding medication administration when applicable
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure quality care delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Kinesiology or related field; licensure or certification as required by local regulations
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
- Exceptional communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Demonstrated case management skills with attention to detail in documentation
Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
