Westisle Heating & Cooling is looking for an organized, customer-focused Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to join our growing team.
As the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and management, you'll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and confidence using computers and dispatch software.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch residential and commercial service calls.
- Book preventative maintenance appointments and residential sales estimates.
- Coordinate repair appointments and follow up on jobs waiting for parts.
- Answer customer calls and emails professionally.
- Create and maintain customer records, work orders, and estimates.
- Process customer payments and assist with invoicing.
- Support technicians with scheduling, communication, and daily coordination.
- Provide outstanding customer service while helping resolve scheduling and service-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in dispatching, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and confidently use software such as Service Fusion, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industry is considered an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
