The Glam Lab is a luxury lash studio known for elevated, modern artistry and a high-standard client experience. We specialize in wispy, precision-based lash design and operate in a performance-driven environment.
We are hiring a part-time senior lash technician.
This role is for experienced artists only — not for beginners or those still developing foundational skills.
Who This Is For
You:
- Have 2+ years of consistent lash experience
- Are highly skilled in clean, symmetrical classic, hybrid, and volume sets
- Can confidently deliver full sets and fills within service timeframes
- Prioritize retention, detail, and client experience at a high level
- Are self-managed, fast, and solution-oriented
The Standard
At The Glam Lab, we operate differently:
- This is a booked, performance-based role — not hourly sitting time
- You are expected to be available for bookings, including evenings and weekends
- You must be able to adapt to schedule flow and maximize your column
- Ongoing education and unlimited growth.
You will:
- Execute services to a luxury brand standard
- Maintain an immaculate, elevated workspace at all times
- Confidently educate, upsell, and retain clients
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Non-Negotiables
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to stay on time — no overbooking, no overrunning
- Strong portfolio required (clean work only)
- Reliable, accountable, and receptive to feedback
Compensation
- Commission-based + tips
