Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring documents are correctly stored and easily retrievable
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs
- Handle clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing correspondence
Requirements
- Proven experience with office administration, clerical tasks, or customer service roles
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Effective phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer support and communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
Pay: $15.65-$19.00 per hour
