Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate for a full-time permanent position. This role supports our patio furniture warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will assist with the efficient organization, handling, and movement of products, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment to support our operations.
You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, where attention to detail is essential for accurate inventory control and loss prevention. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical warehouse tasks independently.
This position is based in our Brantford warehouse and is integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments
· Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
· Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed
· Maintain organized and clean warehouse space
· Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
· Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts & reach trucks)
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies
· Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Key Qualifications:
- Forklift and reach truck experience; 1+ year
- Warehouse experience; 1+ year
- Valid forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A team-player attitude and flexibility to help wherever needed
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
