We are looking for a FULL-TIME Front desk administrator.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Booking/Confirming Appointments through Broker Bay, paging agents with details
- Answer, Screen and forward telephone calls in an efficient and professional manner
- Broker Load listings and make changes on the Toronto MLS
- Data entry and drafting of real estate related documents
- Greet clients, daily administration work, etc
- Knowledge on MLS, Brokerbay, authentisign, and other Real Estate platform preferred.
- Create digital and printed marketing material including eposters, printed postcard, signs, brochure, etc.
- Manage social media channels on a daily basis: Instagram, Tiktok, etc. Bring in creative ideas to gain followers for our brokerage channels.
- Create email blast with mailchimp
- Manage company websites, update with new projects and information.
Qualifications:
- Admin/Marketing Experience in Real Estate brokerage preferred
- Independent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skill
- Strong Ad writing skills and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms
- Familiar with Email blast Mailchimp.
- Proficient in using design programs i.e. canva
