We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Technician & Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the industrial printing industry. The successful candidate will work with industrial printers, inks, electronic components, and mechanical systems while providing production support and technical assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial printing equipment
- Work with inks and printing materials safely and efficiently
- Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical components
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Assist with printer setup, calibration, testing, and installation
- Support production and manufacturing activities as required
- Document technical issues and maintenance activities
- Train customers or staff on equipment operation when needed
- Travel occasionally for installations, service calls, training, or technical support
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, production, industrial equipment, electronics, mechanics, or related fields
- Skills in assembling and disassembling electronic and mechanical components
- Soldering skills and experience working with electronic assemblies
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems
- Comfortable working with industrial inks and production materials
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel when required
- Technical education or relevant certifications are considered an asset
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting wage: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and skills
