Heating, Cooling & Furnace Cleaning, our Customer Service Representatives don’t just answer phones—they create memorable experiences that turn first-time callers into lifelong customers. You’ll be the calm, confident, and compassionate voice our clients trust when they need help with their home comfort.

You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to client inquiries by phone, text, or email.
- Listen actively, ask smart questions, and guide callers to the right services.
- Turn interest into action by booking appointments in a way that feels helpful, never pushy.
- Follow up with past clients to build relationships and offer repeat services.
- Enter information accurately and confidently into our systems.
- Support our technicians by coordinating and dispatching with care and clarity.
- Thrive in a fast-paced team, keeping the schedule full and the energy high.
Who You Are
- A natural communicator who’s genuine, confident, and warm
- Someone who sells through service — you believe helping is the highest form of selling
- Enjoys reconnecting with our current customer base to offer return services
- Detail-oriented with fast, accurate data entry (55+ WPM)
- Calm under pressure, clear under stress, and energized by busy days
- A team player who loves to make things better for clients and coworkers alike
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer service, sales, or dispatching (bonus if HVAC or home services experience)
- 1+ years in office or administrative roles that involve call taking or script following
- Strong English communication skills—spoken and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and comfortable learning new tools
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong asset—please highlight this in your application!
