Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager/Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee daily restaurant operations. Duties
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards.
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Lead menu planning and development to offer innovative and appealing dishes.
- Train new staff members on food safety, service protocols, and kitchen procedures.
- Monitor customer service levels, address guest concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health codes and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a diverse team effectively.
