Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer questions and provide information about the venue, menu, or services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Support team members in daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or credit card payments
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
