Job Title: RIBO Insurance Broker

Our client in Tottenham, ON is actively looking for a RIBO Licensed Insurance Broker to join their team.
Position Description:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely, knowledgeable, and professional service.
- Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and offer effective insurance solutions.
- Prepare insurance quotes and actively sell, upsell, and cross-sell policies to meet customer needs.
- Review policy renewals with clients, remarket coverage when required, and ensure ongoing suitability.
- Liaise with insurers and underwriters to discuss risks and submit new and renewal business.
- Process new business, policy changes, and endorsements through company and carrier portals.
- Support producers with administrative and client service activities as needed.
- Accurately document, report, and follow up on claims on behalf of clients.
- Participate in additional sales or service initiatives to support team and business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Licensed Insurance Broker
- Must be proficient in PowerBroker & CompuQuote
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills in English
