Newmarket Advanced Foot Clinic & Orthotics is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Podiatric Assistant to join our growing clinic team.

Position Details
- Monday to Thursday
- Located in Newmarket
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients during clinic visits
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient communications
- Preparing treatment rooms and assisting the chiropodist during procedures
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining clinic cleanliness
- Processing payments and handling administrative duties
- Supporting a positive and professional patient experience
- Comfortable assisting during foot care treatments, including working closely with feet, skin, nails, and routine foot care procedures while wearing appropriate protective equipment such as gloves and masks

Qualifications
- Previous clinic or medical office experience is considered an asset
- Experience with scheduling software is an asset
- Customer service experience preferred
