Operating in multiple regulated jurisdictions means legal compliance is at the core of everything we do. We are looking for an exceptional Legal & Compliance Coordinator to become a trusted member of our Legal and Compliance team.
You will work directly alongside our Chief Compliance Officer and become involved in a wide variety of legal, regulatory, governance, privacy, compliance, and corporate matters that directly impact a rapidly growing international organization.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Legal & Compliance Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in supporting legal operations across several international companies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and formatting contracts, agreements, policies, procedures and legal correspondence.
- Assisting with regulatory compliance initiatives across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
- Conducting legal and regulatory research and preparing concise summaries and recommendations.
- Maintaining legal templates, corporate records and governance documentation.
- Supporting contract management and document lifecycle processes.
- Assisting with privacy, data protection and compliance projects.
- Preparing reports, presentations and compliance documentation for regulators, partners and clients.
- Coordinating due diligence requests from enterprise clients and business partners.
- Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the business.
- Working closely with departments across the organization to ensure legal and compliance requirements are met.
- Helping improve internal legal processes, documentation and operational efficiency.
- Providing executive-level administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer as required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, curious, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal assistant, corporate paralegal or legal operations role.
- Degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies or a related discipline.
- Exceptional written English with strong drafting and proofreading skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience reviewing contracts, policies or legal documentation.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Pay: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
