Unlike traditional installations that rely on concrete footings, we install fences using driven galvanized steel posts, creating stronger fences while protecting the customer’s yard from unnecessary disruption.

We are currently looking for a high-performing Foreman who can lead installation crews, maintain job-site efficiency, and uphold the quality standards our company is known for.
The Role
The Foreman is responsible for leading the installation crew on-site and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be actively installing fences while managing your team and keeping projects on schedule.
Key ResponsibilitiesCrew Leadership
- Lead and supervise installation crews on residential fence projects
- Provide direction, training, and support to crew members
- Maintain a productive and professional job-site environment
Job Site Management
- Conduct site walkthroughs before work begins
- Ensure installations follow company standards and plans
- Coordinate workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
Quality Control
- Ensure fence installations meet Commence Fence quality standards
- Verify measurements, alignment, and structural integrity
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Equipment & Materials
- Prepare trucks and trailers with required tools and materials
- Ensure equipment is maintained and secured
- Monitor material usage to minimize waste
Safety & Communication
- Follow all safety procedures and job-site protocols
- Communicate job progress and updates to management
- Document work completed and report any job-site issues
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
- 5+ years of fence installation or similar construction experience
- 2+ year experience leading a crew or managing job sites
- Strong understanding of fence installation techniques
- Ability to read site plans and measurements

Pay: $6,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
